A warm welcome to the home of the Welsh 5s wheelchair rugby Union.

Our goal is to increase the amount of physically disabled people participating in our sport of Wheelchair rugby 5s, not just in Wales, but by supporting other countries globally, in developing their 5s provision. Wheelchair rugby can help mental and physical health and well-being, as well as being fantastically enjoyable and social.
